Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash-on-delivery payments.

Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
When you make an online purchase with your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL-enabled web page. Your information is then encrypted with SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right at any time after receiving the order to accept or decline the order, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Any cancellations made after an order has been placed will be subject to a $0.5 cancellation fee regardless of when the order was placed (even if it is just a second later) as we are charged a fee by the card processor/company for cancellations.

Please note that orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and shipped one day after purchase . Delivery time can take up to 8 business days , depending on the shipping provider, FedEx. Once the order has shipped, you will receive tracking information the next day, as this information is generally available 24 hours after we ship the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs in your country.

Q. CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated.

Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, having an account with us offers you some benefits:
